BWI Off-Airport Parking Facility Launches New Website

BALTIMORE, MD (October 25, 2016) — Econopark Express is shifting gears and taking flight with a new website that boasts enhanced user experience, improved functionality, and a framework to provide additional value to Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI) airport customers.

The redesigned website for the family-owned off-airport parking facility includes a responsive framework, which aims to make parking near BWI Airport less of a hassle. In addition, the new website features a custom-built content management system (CMS) that enables the creation and modification of digital content using a simple interface.

“We understand that the transportation landscape is changing under the weight of the digital age,” said Joe Sperrazza, Director of Operations for Econopark Express. “Consumers today are flooded with more messages than ever before, so the impact of more traditional channels is somewhat diluted. With the new website, we have the capacity to consolidate and tailor our communications to meet our customers’ needs and interests.”

Sperrazza added, the responsive design will be friendlier for mobile users and an improved reservation system is under development. “Post launch we will be introducing a customer portal for our parkers. With it, they can manage their own frequent parker and rewards programs through a computer or a mobile device – it’s even integrated with Facebook and social media. The portal will make it simple and intuitive to add and modify account details, report on their parking activity and much more.”
